This service incorporates everything that is included in the Tenant Find Service with additional benefits.

 

We will be responsible for collecting the rent directly from your tenant, issuing monthly statements of account and chasing up tenant rent arrears (as per our Terms of Business).

 

Landlords will pay a setup fee for this service once the tenancy has commenced and in addition we will charge a monthly commission rate.
