We can help you to make this decision based on your individual circumstances and requirements.  Things to take in to consideration when making your decision are the amount of time you have available to deal with a tenancy, liaising with your tenant, organising property maintenance, carrying out property visits etc. and how confident or experienced you are regarding the management of  your property and the obligations involved in a tenancy.

 

*Full Management Service

This service incorporates everything that is included in the Letting & Rent Processing Service and the Tenant Find Service with many additional benefits.

 

We will deal with your tenants directly, handling queries large or small, saving you the time and stress that this can entail.  We will carry out regular property visits, followed up with a report giving details of our findings and any recommendations.  We will liaise with you with regards to repairs/maintenance of your property, using either your own preferred contractors or reliable local trades people.

 

This is the service chosen by landlords who may either live out of the area, have limited time available to manage a property, or may be less confident or experienced with regards to complex issues and obligations involved in managing a tenancy.

 

Landlords will pay a setup fee for this service once the tenancy has commenced and in addition we will charge a monthly commission rate.
