Fully Managed Service Fee 12% inc VAT (10% net)

Letting and Rent Processing Service Fee 9.6% inc VAT (8% net)

Tenant Find Service 90% inc VAT (75% net) of 1 month’s rent minimum fee £540 (£450.00 net)

These fees are subject to negotiation.

 

Our Fully Managed Service Fee and our Letting and Rent Processing Fee are payable in installments from rent received. 

These Services are subject to a minimum set up fee of £420 inc VAT (£350.00 net) per tenancy.

 

Payment of our Tenant Find Service Fee is due in full upon commencement of the tenancy and will be deducted from the initial rent at this time. Any balance due must be paid in full at the commencement of the tenancy.
